Good luck with your change to getting up early! I've gotten in the habit of getting up REALLY early (3 or 4 am) and it's kind of like being up late at night in the sense that it's peaceful several hours, but you don't have to miss out on the day. They have in common that you might get uncomfortable though. I feel that when taking a risk there should be a chance of a negative outcome, a loss. If the only risk is the absence of a reward, than I personally feel that it's not really a risk. Next month I'm setting myself the challenge to change from a night owl into an early bird. There's no risk involved, I can't be worse off if this will not work, there's just no reward. But it's definitely outside of my comfort zone :) Moving outside of your comfort zone and taking risks needn’t be the same thing in my opinion.
