Daily Quote – June 13th – Anthony Robbins

If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten. Tony Robbins

Did you know that the definition of insanity is “To keep doing the same thing over and over but expect different results?”  If you want things to change, it will help to do things that will bring about change.  If you have the same daily routine that  seems to not be getting you where you want to be, it’s time to re-evaluate your routine.  What makes you think that you can keep doing what you’ve always done and somehow things will miraculously change?  Today is a new day.  Starting doing something new that will get you closer to where you want to be.

Check out Tony’s program below…

  1. I just received Tony’s cds a couple of weeks ago. I find it to be a lot like a program I am currantly using called Beyond Freedom.

I’d be interested to find out more about Beyond Freedom. Tony’s stuff is always GREAT. Are you enjoying the program?

  3. Ed Kohler says:

I guess people need to decide if they’re satisfied with their current routine, income, success, and basically lifestyle.

It,s quite funny, but that definition of insanity is one that only started appearing a few years ago! I wonder who coined the phrase?

Anyway, I think by that score we would all be insane! Remember, for example, the last time you lost your car keys, and looked in exactly the same place at least three times!

    Just a thought…..

That definition of insanity: “To keep doing the same thing over and over but expect different results?” …I’m not sure Tony Robbins coined this…Alcoholics Anonymous members have repeated this phrase for years. I’m researching whether it is in the Big Book or not.

But very true, nonetheless. Just because it’s an AA thing doesn’t mean it only applies to addiction.
