That definition of insanity: â€œTo keep doing the same thing over and over but expect different results?â€ …I’m not sure Tony Robbins coined this…Alcoholics Anonymous members have repeated this phrase for years. I’m researching whether it is in the Big Book or not.

But very true, nonetheless. Just because it’s an AA thing doesn’t mean it only applies to addiction.

It,s quite funny, but that definition of insanity is one that only started appearing a few years ago! I wonder who coined the phrase?

Anyway, I think by that score we would all be insane! Remember, for example, the last time you lost your car keys, and looked in exactly the same place at least three times!

I just received Tony’s cds a couple of weeks ago. I find it to be a lot like a program I am currantly using called Beyond Freedom.
