I'm so glad you are enjoying these interviews - I certainly am enjoying doing them and find the experience valuable on so many levels. I would recommend that anyone follow Liz's example and make an effort to talk to new bloggers on a regular basis - wow - it's been an incredible experience for me. Liz's advice to 'not be an expert' seems to be a favorite with just about everyone. It's one that really stood out to me as well.
