Don’t waste your time and money driving across town
We have several clients whose businesses are a 30 to 40 minute drive from our office. Anytime we had to visit them we were wasting more than an hour in travel time.

this is a great tool. my husband works for businesswire and they use it daily to help clients with their press releases.
webex is another meeting site i used at a previous company that i liked as well. same concept, you and others you invite to join the meeting all share your screen. i had clients all over the west coast and rocky mtn states and rarely traveled. we did not have the budget to send me all over the western side of the country. very effective tools.
