Who Said That? Friday, June 1st 2007
June 1st, 2007 by David

Wow… It’s Friday again.

This is our weekly edition of “Who Said That?”… a time for you to check out some other posts or news from the online world that may be of interest.

Lisa Stoops “Are you building relationships for your online business?” It’s so important in the online world that you do what you should be doing in the offline world… Getting to know people by building relationships. Be sure to check out Lisa’s blog which is about… Helping moms and dads find success in their online businesses.

Ever thought about making money with a blog? Check out this Blueprint for FREE by Yaro Starak of Entrepreneur’s Journey.

Over at Marketing Pilgrim, Jordan McCollum posted “You Don’t Need Web Analytics.” You can hear Andy Beal speak in Hawaii for just $7. In my case, I’m right here in Raleigh with Andy and all I have to do is buy him lunch occasionally to hear him speak :-)

Andy Hagans has this Internet thing under control. He is living is dream. He has a post “You are better than you think” that you should check out.

I just found Mihaela Lica’s blog today and enjoyed this post: “You can submit? No Way!” I plan to send more people to the post in the coming months because it covers something that I think is critical.

Catherine Seda has two GREAT BOOKS: “How to win sales and influence spiders” which our very own Christine reviewed recently and Catherine left us out of this post, but hey she did stop by to comment. Her other book is “Search Engine Advertising.” I conduct 60+ workshops per year on Internet topics and have started printing the ISBN number and title on my handouts of “How to win sales and influence spiders.” My audience desperately need a copy of their own.

In other news…

Have you heard of Fast Pitch Networking? Here’s an extra piece that I found. I have talked with Bill Jula (The Founder) a couple of times this week by phone and plan to have lunch with him in July when I head to Sunny South Florida. Fast Pitch Networking far exceeds anything in its class as far as I’m concerned. Although you can create a FREE Profile, here are some paid membership options. Still not sold on it, Take The Tour.

Yahoo! News…Think before you SPAM someone: “Spam flows despite high profile arrest.”

Have you signed up for our RSS? Need help with RSS? Have you seen our great incentive for signing up? That’s it for this Friday for our “Who Said That?” segment.

WE WELCOME YOUR COMMENTS!

Sorry for leaving out Christine’s book review on my blog post, Dave. Thanks for the reminder; I just added a link to it. And thank you for recommending my book to your workshop participants. May it give them many, many marketing ideas.

David,

Thank you very much for featuring that article here. I think it is good to know that Ron, the owner of the site, left a few comments on my blog, clarifying some points. :)
About Fast Pitch networking… there are only positive things to say and I am happy I use that service. After all, this is how you found me.
