You’ve got very useful tips here for me. I’ve been posting more about my personal spiritual journey on my site; but in doing so, fear criticisms, doubt and rebuke from others. I have decided to go ahead anyway in publishing my thoughts since I intend to be true to my experiences. Knowing how to deal with negative comments is definitely an important skill to have!

@Alina..Thanks for the advice- I’ll be sure to keep that in mind. It’s kinda’ sad that we have to look out for such people!

@Karl..You’re very fortunate that you haven’t had to encounter anything like that, but I agree- I think we should give people the benefit of the doubt and give ‘em one shot. If it doesn’t work out, block and delete!

I’m lucky enough to never had the problem of dealing with a negative commenter. I think that if I would have a situation I would deal with it with engagement, but if this method didn’t work then I would ignore and delete. Alina is right sometimes you just need to ignore because all they really want is negative attention.
