what is “Upstream Continuity” and “Invisible Risk Reducers”?

Hi All,
To clarify:
Lack of Upstream Continuity – means that you do not keep the promise that you make in your advertising (or whatever context a person saw before before they clicked over to your landing page). You need to match people’s intent and follow through on your commitments on the landing page.
Invisible Risk Reducers – often safe shopping seals and the like are shown below-the-fold where they are invisible and do no good. They need to be prominent on the page.
