Video: The Google Job Experiment

To some, Alex Brownstein might be conniving, but to most, he’s a genius.

Before Brownstein landed his current gig at Young & Rubicam New York, the copywriter purchased Google ad words for $6 and played to the egos of the creative directors: Gerry Graf, David Droga, Tony Granger, Ian Reichenthal and Scott Vitrone.

He wound up getting the top spot for around $0.10 per click, which led to a series of interviews and finally a brand new, cushy job. To read more about Brownstein and his antics, click here or just watch the video below.
