Who Said That?If you are new to Create Business Growth, we close out each week with our Who Said That?, where we give some link love to other blogs and regular websites that we feel you may find interesting.

Let’s get started!

Smart Idea!

Lodewijkvdb writes an excellent post on his blog How to Be an Original (love that name) about How to use Google Reader to effectively track your Comment Marketing. It’s interesting to think of commenting as marketing. Hey, it’s obviously working. He commented here, which alerted me to his blog, and now I’m linking to him. This is a great read with actionable content.

Adopt a Mindset of Abundance and Generate More Wealth

Thank you, thank you Steve Pavlina for these very sage words in the post The Abundance Mindset. To quote Steve:

If you think $10K is a large sum, it means you probably aren’t in a position to generate $10K of value for others very easily. If you can dump that unhealthy mindset, you can open yourself to generating far more value in much less time. When I started thinking of $10K as a small sum, I soon found it very easy to earn $10K.

For anyone who desires to truly break free of their current social status, I definitely suggest reading this post in full and adopting this way of thinking.

How to Lose this Blog Reader

Want to know what people REALLY think when they have to sign in to comment on your blog? Cristina Favreau doesn’t hold back in her post How to Lose Me as a Blog Reader. If you’re still asking people to sign in before commenting, this post may change your mind. If so, Cristina tells you how to adjust your WordPress settings to open the comment gates.

Read this or Continue to Lose Money

With Dave Navarro’s freakishly simple way to sell yourself on the value of your time, I learned that I was making half as much per hour as I thought I was. That’s not smart, but reading his post Selling Yourself On The Value Of Your Time is smart. That is, if you prefer to earn what you’re worth.

How to Connect with Hard to Reach People

How much better would life be if you could get that contract with a big name client or partner up with a big name industry guru? I’m linking to Dave Navarro AGAIN though I didn’t even realize it (the last link was from Jon’s new blog Freelance Folder). This post comes from Dave’s own blog Better Faster Now. I thoroughly enjoy Dave’s to the point style and here it is again with his very smart post about How to Connect with Hard to Reach People.
