I liked what you said about Blog Elephant, but I wonder, isn’t the top bar with the elephant logo, somewhat disconnected form the blog layout? The same for createbusinessgrowth.com layout, the top menu bar is kind of lost - perhaps a darker background color and bolder links will help. Thanks.
